Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive with strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance. The candidate should have practical experience using GreytHR and should have independently managed payroll for 1000+ employees.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete payroll cycle with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for 1000+ employees.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately in GreytHR.
- Process attendance, leave, overtime, shift allowances, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Calculate monthly salaries accurately and ensure timely salary processing.
- Verify attendance and leave records before finalizing payroll.
- Handle Full & Final Settlement (F&F) for resigned and terminated employees.
- Prepare salary statements, payroll reports, and payroll-related MIS reports.
- Manage salary revisions, arrears, bonuses, incentives, deductions, recoveries, and other adjustments.
- Ensure accurate processing of PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Accounts team for salary processing and payroll-related payments.
- Support monthly and annual statutory filings and maintain necessary payroll documentation.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, payslips, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
- Generate and distribute monthly payslips through GreytHR.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready payroll records.
- Reconcile payroll data and identify and resolve discrepancies before final payroll processing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing payroll-related documents and reports.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Should have independently handled payroll for 1000+ employees.
- Strong practical knowledge of GreytHR Payroll Software.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
- Experience in attendance, leave, overtime, shift allowance, incentives, deductions, and F&F processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll reconciliation and MIS reporting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and salary information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within strict payroll timelines.

The preferred candidate should have hands-on experience managing payroll for 1000+ employees, with strong knowledge of GreytHR and statutory payroll compliance. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and ensuring accurate and timely payroll closure every month.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
