Key Responsibilities:
✔ Detailed Estimation & Costing as per project drawings and specifications
✔ Project Budgeting, Cost Analysis & Cost Control Monitoring
✔ Value Engineering & Cost Optimization
✔ Preparation and review of AutoCAD drawings
✔ Coordination with Consultants, Architects, MEP & Site Teams
✔ handling multiple projects simultaneously
✔ Contractor Bill Checking & Certification
✔ Basic MEP Coordination Knowledge
✔ ERP System Knowledge (Preferred)
Preferred Experience:
✔ Housing Township with Infrastructure works
✔ Housing Project with Aluminum shuttering
Required Skills:
✔ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
✔ Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills
✔ Multi-Project Management Ability
✔ Strong Documentation & Reporting Skills.
