Position: Senior Executive – Supply Chain Operations

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Relevant Experience into SupplyChain (On Papers)
Key Responsibilities:
Catalog Management
- Manage product catalog activities, ensuring timely updates of product images, MRP, EAN, and related information.
- Maintain data accuracy across systems and platforms.
Brand Coordination
- Coordinate with brand partners for promotional assets and updated master data files.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely execution of brand requirements.
Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to facilitate timely Purchase Order (PO) releases.
- Support sell-plan finalization and execution activities.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and share bi-weekly performance reports with brand partners.
- Monitor key inventory metrics including Sales, Stock on Hand (SOH), and Days on Hand (DOH).
Supply Operations Management
- Track and monitor open Purchase Orders.
- Manage stock inwarding and inventory movement.
- Handle Return to Vendor (RTV) and Return Order (RO) processes.
- Coordinate delivery appointments and logistics activities.
- Process Credit Note (CN) and Debit Note (DN) claims efficiently.
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
