Job Title: SEO Specialist / SEO Analyst
Role Overview:
The SEO Specialist/Analyst is responsible for driving organic search growth, increasing website traffic, and enhancing user engagement through effective search engine optimization strategies. This role focuses on maintaining technical website health while optimizing content to improve search visibility and rankings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to maximize organic search performance and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms, analyze user intent, and uncover content opportunities.
- Optimize on-page SEO elements, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URL structures, and internal linking.
- Monitor and improve technical SEO aspects such as website speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with content writers by providing SEO briefs, keyword recommendations, and optimization guidelines to improve content rankings.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Identify technical issues affecting website performance and work with development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure continued optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Solid understanding of HTML, website architecture, technical SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects while delivering measurable results.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
