Interio Interiors is looking for an experienced interior estimator to join our team in Kottayam, Kerala.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior projects based on drawings, measurements, materials, and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for interior projects
- Study interior drawings, designs, and measurements
- Calculate material quantities and project costs
- Prepare BOQ and costing sheets
- Coordinate with the design, site, and accounts teams
- Collect and compare material rates from suppliers
- Update estimates based on design or material changes
- Assist in preparing final project quotations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior estimation or related work
- Experience in home interiors / modular interiors is preferred
- Good knowledge of materials, fittings, and interior works
- Knowledge of MS Excel is required
- Ability to understand drawings and measurements
- Good numerical and costing skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Added Advantage
- Experience with AutoCAD / SketchUp
- Knowledge of modular kitchen and furniture costing
- Experience in interior project estimation and BOQ preparation
