- Education Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/MSW
- Should have 1-3 years of clinical experience, particularly in renal transplant, dialysis, or intensive care units.
- Patient Coordination: Guide recipients and living donors through pre-transplant evaluations, diagnostic tests, and educational sessions.
- Liaison & Communication: Act as the central point of contact between patients, families, surgeons, nephrologists, and organ procurement organizations.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records for compliance with hospital policies and organ allocation networks.
