We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Architect / Workplace Design Architect with experience in corporate interiors and workplace environments. This role involves leading design development and execution coordination for premium office spaces and managed workplace projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative workplace design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand identity
- Prepare space planning layouts, concept presentations, mood boards, and design documentation
- Produce detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, joinery details, and material specifications
- Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and presentation reviews
- Ensure compliance with design standards, timelines, and project deliverables
- Conduct site visits to review execution quality and resolve design-related issues
- Support procurement and material selection processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless design-to-delivery execution
- Stay updated on workplace trends, materials, ergonomics, and commercial interior practices
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate interior design and workplace planning
- Expertise in space planning and technical detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
- Strong understanding of workplace environments and commercial interiors
- Ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic design solutions
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and workplace standards
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- B. Arch or M. Arch
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate interiors, workplace design or commercial fit-out projects
- Experience in office, co-working or managed workspace projects is highly preferred
