This role is not a normal internship.
This is for someone who wants to learn how a business actually runs from the founder’s seat.
You will:
- Handle incoming work
- Coordinate with the team
- Support sales and client conversations
- Help founders stay focused by taking ownership of execution
- Think of this as Entrepreneur-in-Residence (Intern Level) or a Generalist Operator role.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to: Founder(s)
Works closely with:
- Sales
- Production team
- Content team
- Operations
You will often be the bridge between founder and team.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Actually Do)
1. Founder Support & Execution
- Work closely with founders on daily incoming work
- Take tasks directly from founders and ensure proper execution
- Act as the voice of the founder while coordinating with the team
2. Sales & Client Support
- Help in closing clients (calls, follow-ups, coordination)
- Research clients, their businesses, competitors, and market
- Assist in making sales pitches, decks, and proposals
- Talk to clients on behalf of founders when required
3. Business Research & Strategy Support
- Research new business ideas, products, and services
- Share ideas for new offerings, improvements, and internal systems
- Study what other agencies and creators are doing and bring insights
4. Team Coordination & Operations
- Act like a managerial support for the entire team
- Track tasks given to team members
- Ensure timelines, follow-ups, and clarity
- Help founders maintain discipline and structure in execution
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Track:
- Sales updates
- Task status
- Team output
- Key learnings
- Help build systems, SOPs, and simple processes
6. Events & External Exposure
- Attend events, meetings, shoots, and networking sessions with founders
- Observe how deals, partnerships, and collaborations actually happen
- Assist founders during events and meetings
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
