Job Summary
The Cybersecurity Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality cybersecurity training to students and professionals through practical, hands-on learning. The trainer will prepare course materials, conduct lab sessions, assess student performance, and mentor learners to build industry-ready cybersecurity skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver instructor-led training in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, penetration testing, and network security.
* Conduct practical lab sessions using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
* Train students in cybersecurity concepts, including:
* Ethical Hacking
* Penetration Testing
* Network Security
* Web Application Security
* Linux Fundamentals
* Windows Security
* Digital Forensics (basic)
* Malware Analysis (basic)
* Cloud Security (basic)
* Guide students in cybersecurity projects and Capture the Flag (CTF) challenges.
* Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
* Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
* Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and certification support.
* Update training content based on the latest cybersecurity threats and industry trends.
* Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
* Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure successful student outcomes.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
* Experience with tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, OWASP ZAP, Nessus, and other security tools.
* Good understanding of OWASP Top 10, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
* Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
