Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in aluminium systems, building materials, or related industry. The role involves driving sales growth across retail and project segments, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, handling techno-commercial presentations, leading negotiations, managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to collections, and building strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, fabricators, and PMC teams.
Skills Required: Strong business development & sales management skills, stakeholder relationship management, techno-commercial negotiation, project sales expertise, market development, pipeline management, presentation skills, and coordination with design, estimation, factory, and supply chain teams.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / MBA / Diploma in Marketing preferred.
