- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank balances.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, including return filing and documentation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of taxation norms related to GST, TDS, imports, exports, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, and budget variance analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and government authorities as required.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and support internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and safeguard the company's financial information.
