About This Role
We're building an AI-powered parallel operation capable of executing many of the same functions our human team performs today: launching businesses, conducting research, building websites, managing ecommerce stores, running marketing campaigns, and monetizing digital assets.
As our AI Agent Developer, you'll work directly with the Founder and DevOps Lead to design, build, and scale autonomous agent systems that can execute complex business workflows with minimal human intervention. You'll own the technical architecture, help define automation priorities, and mentor an AI Agent Ops Intern as the team grows.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of executing multi-step business workflows.
2. Architect agent infrastructure, including planning, memory, tool use, communication, monitoring, and failure recovery.
3. Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and others) with APIs, databases, and internal systems.
4. Develop scalable agent frameworks that can support multiple business functions and projects.
5. Work closely with leadership to identify automation opportunities and define success metrics.
6. Test, optimize, and improve agent performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
7. Mentor and review the work of an AI Agent Ops Intern.
What We're Looking For
1. Hands-on experience building AI agent systems beyond basic prompting or chatbot development.
2. Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js.
3. Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar.
4. Understanding of agentic workflows, tool calling, memory management, planning, and multi-step execution.
5. Experience integrating LLMs with external APIs, databases, and business systems.
6. Knowledge of prompt engineering, hallucination mitigation, context management, and token optimization.
7. Ability to independently translate high-level business goals into technical solutions.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
9. Bonus: experience automating business processes specifically (not just building chatbots or demo agents).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
