Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Language Trainer to help students and professionals improve their English communication skills. The trainer will conduct engaging sessions focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct English language training sessions for students or professionals.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice exercises.
Assess learners' progress through tests, assignments, and regular feedback.
Improve learners' communication, presentation, and interview skills.
Create an interactive and positive learning environment.
Track attendance and maintain student performance records.
Motivate learners to achieve their language goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
1-2 year experience
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Knowledge of modern teaching methods and online learning tools is an advantage.
