We are hiring an Internal Trainer for our fashion & apparel team.
Responsibilities:
- Train production staff on stitching, finishing & quality standards
- Train sales team on product knowledge & customer handling
- Conduct induction & skill development sessions
- Prepare SOPs, training materials & performance reports
- Reduce errors & rework through regular on-floor training
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience as Trainer in Fashion / Apparel / Retail
- Knowledge of garment construction & fabrics
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Ready to travel if neededDegree/Diploma in Fashion Technology preferred
