We are looking for experienced Sleep Specialists, Behavioral Sleep Medicine Professionals, Sleep Psychologists, and Sleep Scientists to contribute to an exciting AI initiative. In this role, you will evaluate and annotate sleep-related data while helping improve Large Language Models (LLMs) used for evidence-based sleep health applications.
This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of Sleep Medicine and Artificial Intelligence in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Annotate sleep stages, sleep duration, onset/wake times, and disturbances from sensor data, logs, and sleep diaries.
- Evaluate sleep quality indicators and identify patterns associated with common sleep disorders.
- Compare self-reported sleep data with objective device/sensor data.
- Identify anomalies, missing information, and measurement inconsistencies.
- Follow standardized sleep annotation guidelines with high accuracy.
- Maintain consistency across large annotation datasets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sleep Medicine, Behavioral Sleep Medicine, Sleep Research, or a related field.
- Educational background in Sleep Science, Physiology, Psychology, or another relevant health discipline.
- Familiarity with sleep tracking technologies such as:
- Actigraphy
- PSG (Polysomnography) basics
- Consumer sleep wearables
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with time-series data and annotation platforms.
- Available to work 8 hours per day with 4 hours overlap in PST.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sleep study data or clinical sleep assessments.
- Prior healthcare data annotation experience.
- Familiarity with AASM sleep scoring criteria.
- One of the following is highly preferred:
- Behavioral Sleep Medicine Specialist (CBSM)
- Sleep Psychologist (PhD – Sleep Specialization)
- MD with Sleep Medicine Fellowship
- Certified Clinical Sleep Health (CCSH)
- Sleep Scientist/Researcher

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
