Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls and messages.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct counseling sessions and explain course benefits.
- Generate admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for smooth enrollment.
Requirements
- Any Degree qualification.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Sales or EdTech experience is an added advantage.
