We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in hiring for the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure in sourcing and closing positions across plant, production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and plant-based roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and vendor networks
- Handle screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Build strong talent pipelines for technical and operational roles
- Ensure timely closures within defined TATs
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience hiring for manufacturing / industrial companies
- Strong understanding of plant and engineering roles
- Good sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
