About the Role
Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination for civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Plan project activities, resources and timelines.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly project progress.
- Compare actual progress with planned schedules.
- Prepare progress reports, MIS and delay reports.
- Coordinate with site, execution, billing and project teams.
- Track project milestones and identify delays.
- Support recovery plans and timely project completion.
Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 7–12 years of experience in planning for civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in project scheduling, progress tracking and MIS reporting.
- Good understanding of construction activities, BOQ and project timelines.
- Strong coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
