Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team at Culinary Cure Foods. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations regularly.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with relevant teams for timely closure.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for internal and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and management regarding financial and accounting matters.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform any other finance and accounting activities assigned by the management.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Experience in the F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems will be preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
