Roles and Responsibilities Will manage a team of vendor, Should be able to manage a portfolio of projects, Site visits for measurements and pre-start check-up including electrical provisions., Should be able to understand the site requirement .Coordinating with the customers/clients. Coordinating with the contractors Prepare project planning and set-up execution milestones. Ensure the quality of the workmanship on-site. Manage on-site carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other stakeholders of the project, day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors Liaise with the clients throughout the execution process. Maintain the best customer experience that our brand promises them. Organize all the materials that are procured before the execution process. Keep records of on-site material inventory and delivery challan (Invoices).Coordinate with clients, owners, and subcontractors to ensure an optimal level of client satisfaction and administer everyday operation for projects. Checking of materials and reporting back to HO and keeping track on the installation all interior works Implementation of the drawings. Coordinating with the Back Office and Designers. Maintaining and Updating Reports on a regular basis. Desired Candidate Profile Should have experience in all Interiors works & carpentry works must have a good understanding of Interior Designing & should be able to read AutoCAD and other drawings must be good at measurements checking and making measurement sheets Perks and Benefits As per industry standards
