The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving Unsecured Self-Employed Loan business across the assigned region through a robust Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network. The role involves business development, channel expansion, team management, portfolio growth, and ensuring achievement of sales and productivity targets.
Drive unsecured self-employed loan business across Vijayawada and the assigned Andhra Pradesh region through DSA channels.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing DSAs while onboarding new productive DSAs to expand market reach.
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Managers, and field sales teams to achieve regional business targets.
Develop market penetration strategies to increase sourcing of self-employed loan customers including traders, professionals, MSMEs, and business owners.
Monitor DSA productivity, business volumes, login-to-disbursement ratios, and portfolio quality.
Ensure quality sourcing by maintaining adherence to credit, compliance, KYC, and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular DSA engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews to improve productivity and retention.
Coordinate closely with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure seamless processing and faster turnaround times.
Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Drive achievement of key business metrics including disbursement targets, revenue generation, market share growth, and portfolio profitability.
Track and control delinquency indicators by ensuring sourcing of quality customers and maintaining portfolio health.
Submit periodic business reviews, sales forecasts, DSA performance reports, and regional business updates to senior management.
