Job Summary
The Assistant Manager/Manager – Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and
supervising interior fit-out and construction projects to ensure timely completion, quality execution,
cost control, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Construction & Project Execution
Assist in the planning and execution of interior fit-out and construction projects.
Monitor project progress to ensure completion within approved timelines and budgets.
Track material requirements, procurement schedules, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management review.
Resolve day-to-day site execution challenges and escalate critical issues when required.
