Job Description Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule compliance. Acts as the link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver projects successfully.

Plan, supervise, and monitor fit-out works at site.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Ensure work is completed as per quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Manage material procurement and site resource allocation.
-
Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

Conduct inspections and support project handover and closeout.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

3–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
