We are looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Candidates with experience in the Printing, Packaging, or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Location: Mumbai – Ghatkopar East & Bhiwandi
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Hours: 9 Hours
Weekly Off: As per company policy
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B client enquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotations and ensure timely client follow-up
- Coordinate with internal departments including Design, Pre-press, Sampling, Production, and Dispatch
- Handle complete order execution from enquiry to final delivery
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases
- Prepare sales reports and monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth communication throughout the process
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
