Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telemarketing Executives (TME) for our Chandigarh office. The role involves outbound cold calling, lead generation, client onboarding, and promoting company services to potential customers. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: 12th Pass
- Age Limit: 18 to 34 years
- Freshers and undergraduates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers
- Generate and qualify business leads
- Onboard new clients and maintain client relationships
- Promote and sell company products and services effectively
- Maintain clear communication in English and regional languages
- Record customer interactions and update lead information accurately
Required SkillsMandatory Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude with a go-getter mindset
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
