We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Service Management II to join our Asset Servicing, Client Experience team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, delivering world‑class client service across Asset Servicing and other lines of business
- Leverage AI-enabled insights to anticipate client needs, drive service excellence, strengthen risk and control adherence, and continuously improve client outcomes and operational efficiency
- Participate in implementing end‑to‑end data and AI pipelines that integrate client, operational, and product data to enable actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring data quality, lineage, and applying responsible AI and model governance practices
- Monitor smooth service delivery for global clients, support process improvement and automation initiatives, and assist with service governance reporting and general administration tasks
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power BI, and BI infrastructure)
- 6+ years in the investment banking industry with a strong understanding of financial domain concepts
- Adherence to internal control, reporting, and compliance guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
