Currently we have vacancy for a "HR Recruiter" in our Kolkata center.
Job Description:
· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
· Sourcing fresher and Experience Candidates for Inbound and Outbound voice process
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
· Need to get touch with the placement vendors
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers/colleges etc.
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting portals and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
· Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Familiarity with HR databases,
- Hands-on experience with recruiting portals, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
