About the Role
Eva World School is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in interacting with parents, and have experience in counselling and telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Conduct effective counselling sessions with prospective parents and students regarding the school's programs, facilities, and admission process.
- Follow up regularly with leads generated through various marketing and admission campaigns.
- Maintain admission records and update enquiry databases.
- Coordinate campus visits and school tours for prospective parents.
- Achieve admission targets through proactive counselling and relationship building.
- Assist in admission-related events, orientations, and promotional activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in admission counselling, educational counselling, telecalling, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry, etc.).
- Qualification is not a limiting factor; candidates with relevant experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
