Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to understand client requirements while delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
