Position: Collection Executive
Department: Collections
Reporting To: Branch Manager / Collection Manager
Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely collection of EMI payments from customers.
- Visit customers in assigned areas for overdue and delinquent account recovery.
- Follow up with customers through field visits, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Maintain collection efficiency as per company targets.
- Track and monitor overdue accounts on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring recovery targets are achieved.
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate cases to seniors when required.
- Coordinate with branch and credit teams regarding collection activities.
- Update collection records, customer visit reports, and recovery status in company systems.
- Support repossession activities in coordination with authorized agencies whenever necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum HSC/12th Pass may be considered for experienced candidates.
Experience
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in collections/recovery.
- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, Commercial Vehicle Finance, Auto Finance, or Three-Wheeler Finance preferred.
- Freshers with strong fieldwork willingness may also be considered.
Skills Required
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle field collection activities independently.
- Basic knowledge of loan recovery processes.
- Customer handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with local geography of Indore and nearby areas.
- Basic computer and mobile application knowledge.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Commercial Vehicle and Three-Wheeler Finance collections.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated individual.
