Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and agency growth goals.
- Lead the agency's digital marketing vision, innovation, and best practices.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business development and client retention initiatives.
Client Management
- Serve as a strategic advisor for key client accounts.
- Present digital marketing strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure client campaigns achieve agreed-upon KPIs and ROI objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid media activities across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
- Guide SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and according to performance expectations.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Set departmental goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Analytics and Performance Management
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making across all digital marketing activities.
Budget and Resource Management
- Manage departmental budgets and client advertising spend.
- Allocate resources effectively across projects and accounts.
- Monitor profitability and efficiency of digital marketing operations.
Business Growth and Innovation
- Support new business pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Contribute to the development of new service offerings and agency capabilities.
- Establish partnerships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders.
- Drive innovation through testing, experimentation, and adoption of new marketing technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional marketing certifications preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
