About the Role:
Imagica Health is hiring enthusiastic freshers and college students for the role of Webinar Support Executive. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in technical support, webinar coordination, and live event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support live webinars for doctors, patients, and participants
- Set up webinar sessions and coordinate schedules
- Send webinar emails, reminders, and communication updates
- Provide live technical support during webinars
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time
- Coordinate with marketing, IT, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain webinar reports, analytics, and feedback records
Requirements:
- Any Graduate (Freshers Can Apply)
- College students can also apply
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer and technical knowledge
- Comfortable with evening shift timing
- Local Surat candidates preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with eagerness to learn
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
