Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis I – Pan Asian Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking Pan Asian dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to grow their career in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Pan Asian dishes as per established recipes and standards.
- Assist in daily food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support senior chefs and work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Pan Asian cuisine.
- Knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, cooking methods, and kitchen practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
