Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology
- Collect blood and other samples following proper protocols
- Maintain accuracy and quality in test results
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of samples
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab
- Assist doctors in interpreting reports when required
- Manage lab records and reports efficiently
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT)
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in hospital or diagnostic lab
- Ability to work in shifts (including night duty if required)
