Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Account Executive to manage LinkedIn outbound conversations, generate qualified leads, and support our clients’ sales pipelines.
You will be responsible for executing structured outreach, handling prospect conversations, and converting them into qualified meetings.
Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month training period with Rs. 5000-12000 stipend, following which they will be offered a full-time Account Executive role with an expected CTC range of 5-7 LPA based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute LinkedIn outreach according to company SOP
- Send targeted connection requests to decision-makers
- Manage prospect conversations using ChatGPT master prompts
- Follow up with leads and nurture conversations
- Convert conversations into qualified meetings within 2–3 messages
- Source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Maintain professional communication on behalf of clients
- Track outreach activities and maintain reports
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong written communication in English
- Basic understanding of Linkedin Sales Navigator and its features (Proven experience preferred)
- Interest in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
- Self-discipline and reliability for remote work
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn and professional communication
Training & Compensation:
- Initial 6-month training period
- Training stipend: Rs. 5000- 12000 per month (performance based)
- Stipend Breakdown: Rs. 5000 for handling the first/base account, 2500 per additional account (maximum 2 additional), 2500 performance bonus (dependent on consistent performance and KPIs)
Upon successful completion of training:
- Expected CTC: 5-7 LPA
- Performance-based incentives available
