Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organized Executive to manage the ofice and support daily administrative operations. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth office coordination and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
· Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
· Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules.
· Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
Office Coordination
· Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility teams.
· Support HR in onboarding activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
· 1–3 years experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
Preferred Skills
· Experience handling office vendors and facilities.
· Basic knowledge of administrative procedures.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
