- Identify business gaps and devise actionable plans to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Manage distribution of ASPRI portfolio brands by ensuring consistent availability across region.
- Drive menu listing and ensure availability of all relevant/must-have brands across outlets.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to enhance market share within the assigned territory.
- Lead BTL activations, trade promotions, and brand asset deployment in collaboration with marketing and branding teams.
- Identify innovative opportunities for customized branding and in-outlet visibility.
- Collect and analyse pre- and post-activation data to measure effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
- Drive successful launch and placement of innovation brands in the market.
- Ensure closure of tactical tie-ups with key outlets to strengthen business presence.
- Identify and execute event collaboration opportunities with outlets (e.g., themed nights, promotions).
- Drive premiumization through effective upselling of brands across outlets.
- Lead focused monthly WOD drives for innovation and priority brands.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
