We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Store Manager to oversee our day-to-day store operations, inventory management, and material flow. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Auto Components or Sheet Metal Manufacturing industry and possess strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and store documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily store operations efficiently.
- Handle inward and outward material transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain stock registers and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
- Prepare challans, invoices, billing entries, and other documentation through ERP software.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), stock records, and all store-related documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Prepare MIS reports, inventory reports, and stock analysis reports for management.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and loss prevention.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Store Management.
- Experience in Auto Component Manufacturing or Sheet Metal Industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory processes, material management, and ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy.
Education
- Graduate in any relevant field.
