Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil & Interior Fit-Out Manager with 8+ years of experience in managing commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have expertise in civil finishing, interior execution, client coordination, contractor management, quality control, and project delivery within the defined timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete execution of civil and interior fit-out projects.
- Plan, monitor, and supervise site activities from start to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Manage manpower, material planning, and equipment at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate billing, BOQ verification, and project documentation.
- Monitor project costs and control wastage.
