The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for customers visiting the Maruti Suzuki showroom. The role is responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing customer interactions, handling inquiries, maintaining visitor records, and supporting the sales and service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all walk-in customers with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Guide customers to the appropriate Sales Executive.
- Attend and transfer incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about vehicles, services, and dealership facilities.
- Maintain visitor registers and daily footfall reports.
- Ensure the reception area and customer lounge are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in lead management and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain customer feedback forms and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service can apply.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
