Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive who has previously worked in a sales-driven environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have experience handling customer queries, complaints, follow-ups, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Experience working with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a Sales or Service-based company.
- Experience in handling customer complaints, follow-ups, and post-sales support.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales support.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
- Experience with ticketing and CRM systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
