Hiring: Social Media Manager
Jaipur (On-site)
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who thinks strategy, not just content.
This role is for someone who can manage 5–8 brands simultaneously, while ensuring consistency, performance, and growth across platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple brands
- Manage content calendars, posting, and brand positioning
- Work closely with design & video teams for execution
- Track performance (engagement, reach, growth) and optimize accordingly
- Understand what works vs what looks good — data > assumptions
- Ensure each brand has a clear and consistent voice

- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content
- Strategic thinking + execution mindset
- High ownership and consistency
