Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
- Conduct client visits (corporates, MICE, travel agents, event planners, wedding planners)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present hotel offerings, negotiate deals & close sales
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Must Have Hotel/Tour Sales Experience. (Mandatory)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B, TA sales, MICE Sales
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
- A good local network in corporate/travel segment is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Immediate Joiner (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
