We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within our jewellery manufacturing and retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and workforce planning while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Support workforce planning for manufacturing, sales, and retail teams.
- Coordinate training and skill development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the jewellery, retail, manufacturing, or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
