Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Operations
Experience: 15–20 Years | Industry: Hospitality & Catering Services
- Oversee the overall operations of multiple hospitality and catering units.
- Ensure seamless service delivery across all client locations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, labour laws, and statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Monitor daily operations and conduct regular site visits and audits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Operations Managers, Unit Managers, and site teams.
- Plan and optimize manpower deployment for efficient operations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Purchase, and other support functions.
- Monitor operational budgets and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Review MIS reports and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure proper inventory management and uninterrupted material availability.
- Drive productivity, quality, and operational excellence across all units.
- Support business expansion, new site mobilization, and transition activities.
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential.
- Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management/Hospitality or any graduate with relevant experience and excellent system knowledge.
