Job Description
Al Taza is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team at our Edappally office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain a professional attitude.
- Record call details and maintain customer data.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer service and telecalling experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
- Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: 4 weekly offs per month
- Weekend leave (Saturday & Sunday) is generally not permitted.
- Candidates should be flexible to adjust to other shifts if required.
