Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh engineering graduates to join our Proposal Team for Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The candidate will assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals, process calculations, equipment selection, and tender documentation for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study customer requirements, enquiries, and tender documents related to WTP/STP projects.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Perform basic design calculations such as water balance, hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing.
- Prepare process flow diagrams (PFDs), process descriptions, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for obtaining technical inputs and costing.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), equipment lists, and costing sheets.
- Assist in preparing tender submissions and supporting documents.
- Participate in vendor interactions for obtaining quotations and technical information.
- Maintain proposal records, project data, and technical documentation.
- Support senior engineers in preparing presentations and customer submissions.
- Learn applicable standards, environmental regulations, and treatment technologies related to WTP/STP.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
- Understanding of pumps, blowers, tanks, piping, and process equipment.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and PFD/P&ID concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Water Treatment Plant (WTP) processes
- Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) technologies (MBBR, SBR, MBR, etc.)
- RO, UF, and filtration systems
- Tendering and proposal preparation concepts
- Cost estimation and BOQ preparation
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: 0–1 year.
- Internship or academic project experience in WTP/STP/ETP or related water treatment field will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
