Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM software).
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
