Job Description:
- Provide L1 Application support for LOS & LMS Platforms.
- Resolve user issues received through the ticketing tool.
- Resolving User queries for Gold Loan/Agri/MSME Loans
- Handle and resolve L1 technical queries.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end loan processing
- Coordinate with business users to understand and troubleshoot loan processing related issues.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Loan Processing Systems
- Good understanding of Loan processing workflow
- Hands-on experience with Finacle core banking functionalities
- Proficiency in SQL and API integrations
- Should know System Architecture
- Basic understanding of end-to-end loan processing
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. (IT) / B.Tech / B.E. (IT) / BCA / MCA or equivalent
