Position: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Pataudi Road, Opposite Vijay Petrol Pump, Hayatpur Industrial Area, Gurugram, Haryana - 122505
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring timely dispatch and receiving of goods, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff.
Manage incoming and outgoing stock efficiently.
Maintain proper inventory records and stock reports.
Ensure loading and unloading of goods is done safely.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, and logistics teams.
Monitor warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Conduct regular stock verification and audits.
Train and guide warehouse workers when required.
Ensure timely dispatch of materials/products.
Handle warehouse documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Experience in warehouse or inventory management preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to handle physical work and pressure situations.
Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of stock management.
Time management and organizational skills.
Forklift handling knowledge (if applicable).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
